Sometimes you can fight a cold if you follow this protocol the moment you begin to feel sick.
Take real vitamin A (not beta carotene) less than 60 minutes after you begin to feel tired or get that “I’m going to be sick tomorrow” feeling.
Take 75,000 to 80,000 IU of it and also take at least 1,000 mg of vitamin C.
Throughout the day take at least 1,000 mg of vitamin C per 40 pounds of body weight.
So, if you are 120 pounds (54 kg), take at least 3,000 mg of vitamin C, split up into 1,000 mg increments.
Vitamin C is water-soluble so it needs to be taken multiple times throughout the day so your body can absorb it.
Vitamin A is fat-soluble and is slowly released by the liver throughout the day so it can be taken all at once.
To completely fight off the potential cold continue this protocol for at least three days after you feel completely better.
